Patricia G. Lange is a visiting scholar in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Southern California. She analyzes video sharing practices on YouTube and among video bloggers. Lange’s work has been published in a variety of edited volumes and journals including: The YouTube Reader; The Video Vortex Reader: Responses to YouTube; The Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication; and The Scholar & Feminist Online. Recognized as an expert in scholarship on online and digital interaction, she was an invited curator for Pixelodeon, the first independent video blogging festival, held at the American Film Institute.
